The Pay it Forward Programme was established during the nationwide lockdown in 2020 to support families experiencing energy hardship. It is a joint initiative between Pulse Energy and our customers. 

Thanks to the generosity of our customers, the Programme has already helped thousands of New Zealanders.

You can contribute as little as $2 per month to the Programme. This will automatically be added to your monthly bill.

Contributions from the Programme are allocated at our discretion to customers experiencing energy hardship.
